Come Walk with Me

Just a reminder that the next Noon with the Moon labyrinth walk at the Spiritual Center at Milford is scheduled for this Tuesday, September 11th, in celebration/contemplation of the Virgo new moon (and partial solar eclipse) which arrives at 8:44 a.m.

This photo was taken at the the last Noon with the Moon walk for the full moon on August 28. As we finished our walk, we found this monarch exercising its wings in the tall grasses beside the labyrinth, having recently emerged from its chrysalis. Did you know that unlike "average" butterflies, which live for only one or two weeks, the monarch can live six months or more? As animal totems, butterflies symbolize joy, creativity and freedom.

Wonder what we'll see on Tuesday?
